My name is Alyssa Abernathy. I’m a registered nurse of six years in an intensive care unit in Danville, Virginia. I’m in the BSN program at Averett University right now. What I like best about my experience at Averett is the affordability of the program and online part of it where I don’t have to be in a classroom. I don’t have to wake up at a certain time to go to class. I can do my work late at night or early in the morning or on my days off from work.
If I knew someone who is thinking about going to Averett, I would tell them to go for it, that it’s an affordable program and is easy to integrate your school work into your work life.
