You're just three easy steps away from becoming a part of the Averett Family! Get started with Step 1 - and feel free to contact any of our Admissions Counselors (listed below) with any questions.

Step 1: Get Started

Part A: Complete the Application

Complete the Application for all programs (except for nursing students)

Part B: Request Transcripts

Please request Official Transcripts from ALL institutions previously attended and have them sent to us at:

Fill out our Transcript Request Form and we will order and pay for your transcript.

Part C: Identification

Email a copy of your driver's license or government issued ID to:

Step 2: Financial Aid


Complete your FAFSA. Averett’s Federal School Code is 003702.

Part B: Complete Important Financial Aid Forms

Please view and sign the following three financial aid forms. Once these forms are completed a copy will be sent to you and financial aid.

Part C: Do You Have Questions About the Financial Aid Process?

Part D: Accept Awards

Check your Averett and personal email for a notification from financial aid asking you to accept your financial aid awards in Net Partner.

Step 3: Payment Options

Part A: Enrollment Deposit

Pay your enrollment deposit once you are officially accepted.

Part B: Financial Agreement Form

Complete the Financial Agreement Form to let us know how you plan to pay. This form must be submitted prior to classes starting.

Military Students:

Are you a veteran, active-duty military, or family member? At Averett, we offer a discounted rate for your tuition. Follow the steps below to learn how to apply for your benefits!

Applying for benefits for the first time:

Once you receive your COE via mail or email, send a copy to [email protected].

Send a copy of your most recent COE to [email protected]

Step 2: Complete VA 22-1995 Form

Complete the change of program and email the completed form to [email protected].
