Welcome to Averett University!
I am not only an Admissions Counselor at Averett, but also an alumnus! While pursuing my undergraduate degree at Averett, I worked in the Admissions Office as an Admissions Assistant. The experience enabled me to meet many unique individuals all with the same goal — to earn a degree at Averett! It was so enlightening to experience firsthand as a college student myself and through the experiences of others — how pursuing a degree can change your life’s direction for the better. When I graduated, I was offered the opportunity to work full-time at Averett to continue to help students find their way to a better future. It’s no secret that the Graduate and Professional Studies Program at Averett strives to help all students. I am proud to be a part of that team!
When I’m not helping Averett students in the real world or playing in The Sims world, I love hiking, kayaking, camping, and the great outdoors. My long-term goal is to become a marriage and family therapist.
