“I’ve always been a person that’s been a manager or supervised in businesses but never really reaped the benefits from it. When it comes to the weight that these degrees hold, especially in the business world, the opportunities are endless.
I always wanted to come to Averett, but I really didn’t feel like I had the goods. There’s people right here in this institution who help you. It wasn’t easy for me to finish this, and I had a lot of support all over this university. When times got tough, and I wanted to quit – I persevered.
