What is your motivation for obtaining your degree?
My motivation to obtain my degree is based on my desire to advance my career, as well as to set an example for my kids.
Why did you choose Averett’s Graduate & Professional Studies Program?
The Averett GPS Program allowed me to attend class once a week, while gaining the classroom experience and still having the flexibility I needed to balance a busy life schedule between work, family and college.
Please share one tip for your fellow classmates and future AU students:
My advice to fellow classmates and future AU students is simple, you will get out of the program what you put into it. If you invest the necessary time, the learning experience is extraordinary!
What helps to keep you motivated while you are in the program?
The encouragement and support of my family, with the end goal of graduating.
