What is your motivation for obtaining your degree?
My motivation for obtaining my degree is to follow my dream of succeeding in my career. Also, I want to show my daughter that no matter what, you can accomplish your dreams.
Why did you choose Averett’s Graduate & Professional Studies Program?
I chose Averett’s GPS Program because it was the best fit for the degree I am working toward, Bachelor in Business Administration. I like how well the classes will fit in with my daily schedule.
Please share one tip for your fellow classmates and future AU students:
Communicate; it is important to have open communication with your classmates and professors. I have found in tough and confusing times, my professor or classmates have always helped me.
What helps to keep you motivated while you are in the program?
I am a very ambitious individual and when I put my mind to something, I accomplish it. I signed my schedule, and have not looked back since. The fact that I will be the first person in my family to receive a Bachelor’s Degree is a very strong motivation for me.
What is your anticipated Date of Graduation?
My anticipated Date of Graduation is in December of 2017. I am beyond filled with excitement and happiness for this day.
