What is your motivation for obtaining your degree?
My motivation for obtaining my degree is to prove that I can do it. I am the first generation to continue my education in the Graduate and Professional Studies.
Why did you choose Averett’s Graduate & Professional Studies Program?
I chose Averett’s GPS Program because as an alumni it was just the easier choice. I had graduated from Averett with my undergrad and liked my experience thus the decision to continue my graduate studies with Averett was not hard.

Definitely reach out to your instructors to make sure that you stay on top of your assignments.
What helps to keep you motivated while you are in the program?
Looking at my class schedule and marking the dates off one by one, reassuring myself that I am one step closer to my goal.
